AlohaD 利用規約（ベータ版）

第1条（適用・運営者）
本規約は、AlohaD（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスは現在、Nao Yoshikawa（個人・以下「運営者」）が提供するベータ版です。運営者が法人を設立した場合、本サービスに関する権利義務は当該法人に承継されます。
第2条（利用資格）
本サービスは18歳以上の方のみ利用できます。
第3条（アカウント）
1. アカウントはメールアドレスにより作成されます。ログインコードの管理はご自身の責任で行ってください。
2. アカウントは1人につき1つとします。
3. アカウントはアプリ内の「アカウントを削除」からいつでも削除でき、削除するとすべてのデータが完全に消去されます（復元できません）。
第4条（サービス内容）
1. 本サービスは、夢・目標の管理、日々のチェックイン、ジャーナル、AI による目標分解・対話（AIメンター）等の機能を提供します。
2. 本サービスはベータ版であり、機能の追加・変更・提供の中断や終了があり得ます。
第5条（AI 機能について）
1. AI 機能の利用時、あなたが入力した内容（夢・目標・ジャーナル・メッセージ等）は、応答の生成のために外部の AI 提供者（Anthropic）へ送信されます。Anthropic の商用 API は、送信された内容を AI モデルの学習に使用しません。
2. AI の応答は励ましと一般的な助言であり、医療・心理療法・法律・金融等の専門的助言ではありません。心身の危機を感じるときは、地域の専門窓口（日本: いのちの電話 0570-783-556／米国: 988）にご相談ください。
第6条（禁止事項）
不正アクセス、本サービスの複製・解析（リバースエンジニアリング）、他者の権利を侵害する行為、法令に違反する行為を禁止します。
第7条（ユーザーコンテンツ）
あなたが入力したデータの権利はあなたに帰属します。運営者は、本サービスの提供・改善に必要な範囲でのみこれを取り扱います。
第8条（免責）
1. 本サービスはベータ版として現状有姿で提供されます。
2. 運営者はデータの保全に商業上合理的な努力を払いますが、データの完全性を保証するものではありません。
3. 運営者は、本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、故意または重過失による場合を除き責任を負いません。
第9条（規約の変更）
本規約は必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更はアプリ内でお知らせします。
第10条（準拠法・裁判管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争は運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

AlohaD Terms of Service (Beta)

1. Scope & Operator
These Terms govern your use of AlohaD (the "Service"). The Service is currently a beta operated by Nao Yoshikawa (individual, the "Operator"). Upon incorporation, rights and obligations will be transferred to the company.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
3. Account
(a) Accounts are created with your email address. Keep your login codes secure. (b) One account per person. (c) You may delete your account anytime from "Delete account" in the app; deletion permanently erases all of your data and cannot be undone.
4. The Service
The Service provides dream/goal management, daily check-ins, journaling, and AI features (goal breakdown and mentor conversations). As a beta, features may change, and the Service may be suspended or discontinued.
5. AI Features
(a) When you use AI features, your inputs (dreams, goals, journal entries, messages) are sent to an external AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. Anthropic's commercial API does not use your inputs to train AI models. (b) AI responses are encouragement and general guidance only — not medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, please contact local support services (US: 988; Japan: 0570-783-556).
6. Prohibited Conduct
Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, infringing others' rights, and unlawful conduct are prohibited.
7. Your Content
You own the data you enter. The Operator handles it only as needed to provide and improve the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" as a beta. The Operator makes commercially reasonable efforts to protect data but does not guarantee its integrity, and is not liable for damages except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced in the app.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the Operator's location (to be revised upon US incorporation).
